1. Cross border shipments for countries such as Canada have a higher chance of attracting customs duties. Please note that Svadu Foods will not be responsible for any charges incurred during customs clearance/delays arising due to customs clearance and the customer will have to bear it.
2. Svadu Foods is not responsible for shipment held for any reason beyond our control like government agencies, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.
3. In case of damage of shipments because of solely Svadu Foods’ mistake, a refund will be given in 30 days.
4. Claiming conditions: Complaint must be given within 72hrs in mail from the shipment delivery date, along with proof.
5. Transaction fees will be deducted for all Cancelled orders.
6. All disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction only.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Svadu Foods with respect to the Svadu Foods sites/services, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and Svadu Foods with respect to the Svadu Foods sites/services.

All copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in the websites and its content (including without limitation to the website’s design, text, graphics, and all software and source codes connected with the websites) are owned by or licensed to Svadu Foods. In accessing the websites, you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold, or distributed without prior consent of the copyright holder.
